D.O.A Policy & Instruction

Cerberus Aquatics strives to provide the best quality livestock possible. For this reason, we offer a "live arrival guarantee" on all livestock through our mailing service.

This service does not include shipping charges - these charges are non-refundable. This guarantee is void once the bag has been opened.

We don't accept returns due to tank size, tank mate conflicts, or similar issues. If you do suffer a loss during shipping, please notify us immediately upon confirming it. Do not discard the loss until you contact us and receive authorization to do so.

What Is Required for A D.O.A.: 

A Clear, non-obstructed video showing the process of opening the box upon arrival and showing the livestock that was received. Livestock that isn't received immediately from the carrier will not be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to be prepared and present for your incoming shipment. If there is any visible damage to the exterior of your package, immediately notify us with pictures and videos of the package.

Pictures and videos must be received within one hour of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
